Welcome to my practice

I specialize in adult psychotherapy, including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, and identity development. Other specialty areas include challenges in navigating young adulthood transitions, relationships, and identity. Throughout life we can experience challenges within our selves and our relationships. We can find ourselves feeling confused, stuck, unhappy, or unsatisfied. We might notice changes in our moods or behaviors, or feel more affected by stressors than at previous times in our lives.

Through a supportive insight- and relationally-oriented approach, my goal is to help my clients identify both strengths and challenges in their lives and increase their understanding of themselves and others to move towards improved mood, functioning, relating, growth, and an overall positive and solid self-concept.

Whether one's goals are short- or long-term, our therapeutic work can provide a space for supportive exploration, reflection, insight, experimentation, comfort, and challenge.
